Who I am

When I was 19 years old, I developed a deep passion for the human body.
Driven by a fascination with anatomy, science, and art, I began a lifelong journey to understand the complexities of human physiology and how the body functions.
Qualifying for one of only 10 positions, I enrolled in an on-site Radiologic Technologist program at a Level I Trauma hospital. Training 40 hours a week for two years established a foundation for providing compassionate care and supporting people during their most difficult moments. I have spent the last three decades as a CT Technologist in critical care in Alabama, North Carolina, Las Vegas, and Orlando. I have vast experience in the OR and ER and have assisted in countless cardiac and vascular cases, pre-operative treatment planning, biopsies, drain placements, and accessing ports in our cancer patients.
I transitioned to massage therapy in 2023, completing a 700-hour curriculum. Drawing from my deep understanding of anatomy and systemic function, I wanted to provide holistic care outside the clinical hospital setting. I have found my passion in the lymphatic system and have focused my career on helping people feel their best through MLD. Enthralled by lymphatics, I chose to earn my Certified Lymphedema Therapist accreditation through ACOLS in 2026. Learning Vodder Technique MLD, this 135-hour curriculum provided training to successfully treat and manage lymphedema affecting different parts of the body, as well as other related conditions. Using the skills from my academic training, I have developed specialized protocols for wellness lymphatic care and post-surgical treatment.
