It is a non-invasive, Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) therapy that causes minimal to no side effects, with sessions often feeling like a gentle warming or pulsing sensation. You can sit or lie on a mat or place a special applicator on a targeted area. The therapy is quick! Recommended sessions are 8-16 minutes, twice a day for the most effective results. Benefits are noted in once weekly sessions.
What conditions can benefit from PEMF?
